No, monthly support hours do not roll over, but we’ll update you weekly so that you know how many hours have been used.
For monthly support packages, you will be invoiced on the 1st of each month. For projects, you will be invoiced at each milestone or project close, per the Statement of Work.
Just give us 10 days written notice of your intent to cancel and our agreement will be terminated. We’d hate to see you go, but please let us know if there’s something we can do better, even if you still want to cancel!
